Adelaide Florist Celebrates Budding Business Amid An Arrangement Of Small Business Ministers
Our small florist shop, Lavish Flower Studio has been blooming with joy and growth, thanks to the incredible opportunities presented by the Women in Business Foundations program. Today, I am thrilled to share the exciting news of our participation in this empowering initiative and the honour of meeting with both the South Australian Minister for Small and Family Business the Hon. Andrea Michaels MP and the Australian Federal Minister for Small Business the Hon. Julie Collins MP. It was great to share our experiences and discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by small businesses in our community.
The general vibe of positively fostering women’s entrepreneurial spirit was keenly evident on Wednesday morning. The program’s community of like-minded women entrepreneurs proved to be a source of inspiration and support. We really enjoyed the opportunity to discuss different aspects of marketing with Steve Davis from Talked About Marketing, one of the Women In Business mentors.
The entire experience, from participating in the Women in Business Foundations program to meeting with esteemed government officials, has been an absolute pleasure. The support we’ve received not only reinvigorated our passion for our floral business but also instilled a renewed sense of purpose and confidence in our abilities.
