However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or seek a refund for your purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the arrangement must be in its original condition and packaging. We may require photographic evidence of the arrangement to assess its condition. Please note that perishable items such as flowers and plants are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns on products that have been customized or personalized.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at flowers@lavishflowerstudio.com.au.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. However, cancellations requested after this time frame may not be possible, as we may have already started processing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
